You get: A review report with a comment register ranked Critical / Major / Minor, key calculations checked, and marked-up PDFs.
Design Studio
You upload: Architectural drawings and the questionnaire
You get: Choose the stages you need: calculations, DBR, concept and schematics, detailed drawings (DXF + PDF), BOQ and specifications, tender support.
BOQ Preparation
You upload: MEPF drawings to scale, any discipline
You get: An itemised BOQ with a quantity takeoff sheet: every quantity traced to its drawing, floor and zone. Quantities only, no rates.
Disciplines: Electrical, ELV / IT, HVAC, Plumbing / PHE, Fire Fighting, Fire Detection & Alarm. Indian codes (NBC 2016, IS, ECBC, CEA, NFPA where referred).
