Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then moves to the Free plan.

Refunds

Monthly plans are non-refundable. A yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of the first payment gets a full refund. After 14 days, yearly plans are not refundable, but we will help move your data out.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or charged but the plan did not activate, write to hello@aecveda.com with the payment ID. Verified duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Seat reductions

Reducing seats takes effect from your next renewal.
