What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. You can upgrade at any time and carry on where you left off.
How do I pay from India?
Through Razorpay, by UPI, card, net-banking or wallet. You get a GST tax invoice for input credit. Yearly plans can also be paid by bank transfer.
Can I add people mid-year?
Yes. Buy extra seats from the Billing page. Seats are counted for active users and pending invitations.
Where is my data stored?
On our cloud servers (location is listed in the Privacy Policy), with daily backups. Each firm’s data is kept separate, and owners can export everything as CSV at any time.
Do you offer discounts for studios with 25+ people, or for education?
Yes. Contact us for volume pricing, NGO and education discounts, or a private-server (Enterprise) setup.
