Terms of Service

1. Who we are

AECVeda TMS ("the Service") is provided by Indravadan Vala, trading as AECVeda ("AECVeda", "we"). By creating a workspace or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the firm you represent ("Customer").

2. Accounts

The person who creates a workspace is its Owner and is responsible for the users they invite, for keeping passwords secure, and for all activity in the workspace. You must give accurate details and be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or yearly, in advance. Indian customers are billed in INR with GST. Other customers are billed in USD. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice and take effect at your next renewal. If payment fails, the workspace moves to past-due for 7 days and then to the Free plan. Your data is not deleted.

4. Free trial and Free plan

New workspaces get a free trial of paid features. When the trial ends, the workspace continues on the Free plan with its limits unless you subscribe.

5. Your data

You own all data you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to host, process and back it up only to provide the Service. We do not sell Customer Data. The Owner can export Customer Data at any time from Settings.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other customers’ data, no reverse engineering, no load testing without written permission, and no reselling without an agreement with us.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and announce planned maintenance in advance. Support is by e-mail. Practice and Enterprise plans also get priority WhatsApp support.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page or by e-mail. Paid periods are not refunded except as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend workspaces that breach these Terms. After termination, Customer Data stays available for export for 30 days and is then deleted from live systems.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
